I am one of many people who suffer from frequent headaches. Though mine is more of a mild migraine and sometimes tension headache. I hate it when I feel the pain from my head, I usually hate bright lights and sudden movements. Whenever I feel the pain, I use peppermint oil, sometimes it doesn't work, that's the moment I know that it's a migraine. I have read in one article that we should always be hydrated to avoid headaches. It also gives me a headache whenever I fail to take a coffee in the morning.
