Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) extract equivalent to dry flower 600 mg
Filipendula ulmaria (Meadowsweet) extract equivalent to dry herb 500 mg
Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile) flower essential oil 5 mg
Additional Therapy
Slippery Elm 400mg capsules to relieve the symptoms of gastritis and heartburn.
Siberian Ginseng tablets if stress is a contributing factor.
Add EFA Essentials capsules or Omega-3 Forte capsules, which may shift the balance of eicosanoids produced to those with anti-inflammatory activity.
