  •  1 banana
  •  ½ cup beetroot powder
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • Scoop of Cacao
  • 1-2 tsp Lions Mane Powder
  • Acai (frozen or powder)
  • Tbsp of MCT
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

PREPARATION
Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth!
